Return & Refund Policy

At ParaMaker3D, we want you to love your purchase. If you experience an issue with any of our products, please review the policy below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our offerings. Each item is inspected and tested for quality prior to shipping. In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery include the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos of the item and issue

We will review the claim and contact you with any additional steps required to process a replacement order or refund.

  • Contact us at orders@paramaker3d.com and include your order number to request a return.

  • Some items are not eligible for a return. These include but are not limited to:

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Digital downloads

    • Print on demand items

2. Exchanges & Returns

We make every effort to accurately depict our products. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied and are requesting a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange/return

  • Requested exchange item (if applicable)

We will review the return/exchange request and reach out with any additional steps required for processing.

Due to the nature of these items being made to order, exchanges and returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, no fee for exchanges

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • Some items are not eligible for a return/exchange. These include but are not limited to:

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Final sale/clearance items

    • Digital downloads

    • Print on demand items

3. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 days.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective or damaged.

4. Lost, Missing, or delayed orders

All items ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance. A tracking number is provided upon shipping the order. If your purchase fails to arrive within the specified delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery so we can open a claim with USPS and get you a replacement ASAP.

5. Custom DESIGNS & Print on Demand Orders

Custom designs and print on demand items are not subject to the above polices. Individualized terms will be sent with each custom design or print on demand request.
